Had a really nice walk and the staff were polite the whole time. I almost feel like they made it look easier than it probably was, because everything was handled smoothly without any fuss.

Booking was straightforward, and I got my confirmation really quickly! The only thing was that the site took a bit to load on my phone, but nothing too frustrating. Overall, it was simple enough and went smoothly :)

Customer service really let me down. I reached out with an issue and mostly felt like I was being brushed off, then I had to keep chasing just to get any real answers. What made it worse was the copy-paste, canned apologies that didn’t actually address anything. I wouldn’t book again unless they seriously improve how they handle customers...

The tour itself was interesting, and I did enjoy learning about the place. But as a wheelchair user, I had a hard time with the stairs and uneven paths. It just was not as accessible as I had hoped, so it made the experience more stressful than relaxing...

The tour itself was okay, and the guide seemed nice enough, but once the weather turned it was like… nobody really knew what to do. It started raining hard and we were all just sort of standing there getting soaked, waiting for some kind of plan that never really came. And with the wind picking up, I could barely hear what the guide was saying anyway. I totally get that it’s an outdoor walking tour and weather happens, but I don’t know, it felt like there should’ve been better updates, a backup option, or at least some clearer direction.

The walk itself was fine, and I don’t want to make it sound like it was awful or anything, because it wasn’t. The guide was friendly, seemed to know the stories well, and did a good job telling them. I just think for the price we paid, I was expecting something that felt a little more involved or memorable, if that makes sense.

A lot of the tour was basically walking a short distance, stopping, and then standing around while we listened to the next story. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, because I get that this kind of tour is mostly storytelling, but it felt shorter and less spooky than I thought it would be. I kept waiting for it to build up a bit more, and then suddenly it was pretty much over.

Overall, I wouldn’t say I regretted going, but I also wouldn’t say it felt like great value for the money. I’ve been on cheaper tours that were more fun and had a better atmosphere. If it were discounted, I might recommend it, but at full price I’d probably skip it

I booked this tour thinking it would be a nice way to spend part of the afternoon, especially since I had already grabbed coffee nearby and planned my day around it. But it was over so quickly that I thought we were still just getting into the main part. It felt rushed from start to finish, and for the price I paid, I expected a lot more. I’d guess it was maybe 40 minutes at most. I left feeling annoyed and like it wasn’t really worth it.

I was really looking forward to this tour, but what a joke. The guide just didn’t tell the stories well at all. He kept losing his place, jumping around, and it felt like he was trying to remember notes in his head instead of actually telling us a ghost story.
The spooky parts weren’t spooky, or even that interesting. They just dragged on and felt really flat. A few people near us looked bored too, so it wasn’t just me. Maybe other guides are better, but ours made the whole thing feel like a low-energy school trip.

It was a decent night out. our guide was really nice and a few of the stories were actually interesting, but I was expecting it to feel a little creepier or more exciting. Still a fun thing to do if you like history and don’t mind walking around, but probably not something I’d be in a hurry to do again.

The audio was really muffled, and I had a hard time following most of what the guide was saying. It made the experience frustrating. Did anyone else have the same issue?

It also wasn’t really clear who was actually in charge of the experience or who to talk to if there was an issue, which made things feel a bit disorganized. I think it would be a lot better with smaller groups and clearer ownership from the team running it

Fun if you’re just there for spooky vibes, but I wouldn’t go in expecting solid history.

I went with my 9 and 12 year old, and it just didn’t feel like a good fit for kids. A few of the stories were way creepier than I expected, and when it was clear my youngest was getting upset, it felt like the guide kind of brushed it off instead of adjusting the tone at all. We ended up leaving disappointed and feeling like our concerns didn’t really matter. It might be fine for adults, but I definitely wouldn’t describe it as family friendly.
